The CEO of the REINT has in his column provides an point of view that indicates the NT real estate market is all rosy. One could surmise that in his position the industry would require him to take a posture that reflects the market is doing fine. While I will leave it up to you to judge how the market is going in your area. I can tell you that rents are falling across both the housing and unit market. When rents fall prices follow.
