Hot off the press I haven't even had a chance to view it myself yet.  This period should give a clearer indication of the market at the moment.  The rental figures which are usually seeing vacancies before and after Christmas seeing vacancies at a low across the board.  Rental demand increases means an increase in rental prices seeing yields slowly coming back. As an optimist, I am trusting that this interest in the Territory continues and hope that our Government release some much needed good news about our economy and its plans for the future providing jobs and certainty in doing business.
